For the first time in 50 years, the Sable Ranch — an iconic movie and TV lot in California’s Santa Clarita Valley — is on the market. The 400-acre filming location has hosted shoots for films and TV shows like Sons of Anarchy, SWAT, American Horror Story, and the upcoming The Accountant 2. The lot features a “Western Street” and several old-West facades, as well as canyon and grassland locations. Real estate company CBRE is listing the property, adding that the spaces could be used for more than just movies.
