The next model in Lucid’s EV lineup is officially the Gravity, an SUV based on its Air sedan. The Gravity is poised as an ultra-high-performance luxury SUV with an open three-row interior. Lucid says range will clock in at 440 miles with a 3.5-second 0-60 time. The design elegantly disguises the SUV’s lines, with soft curves and a strong family resemblance to the Air. Lucid listed a 1,500-pound payload and towing capacity of 6,000 pounds, just slightly less than the Ford Lightning. Inside, the driver is surrounded by a 34-inch curved OLED screen that serves as both instrument cluster and infotainment screen, with a second Pilot Panel in the center console. The Gravity will be priced at $80,000, with production starting in late 2024.
