Jimmy Buffett bought this 2004 Ford E-350 van new in 2004. The singer had it converted into an overlanding camper by Sportsmobile, where it picked up a four-wheel drive system to go along with its 6.0-liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V8. Sportsmobile was founded in 1961 as one of the first conversion van companies in the US, growing with contracts from Ford and Volkswagen to refit vans. A raised roof covers the well-equipped living area, with a refrigerator, microwave, butane stove, and sleeping area for two. Outside, the van has a large front steel bumper with fog lights and winch, fender flares, and ladders for access to the roof racks. The current owner bought the van directly from Buffett in 2020 and is currently auctioning it on Bring a Trailer.
