Garage Find 1968 Ferrari 365 GT 2+2

When it debuted in 1967 at the Paris Motor Show, the 365 GT 2+2 was the practical Ferrari. A 4.4-liter Tipo 245 version of the Columbo V12 was under the hood, making 320 horsepower. A five-speed transmission and rear-wheel-drive made the car an excellent grand tourer, regardless of the extra interior room. This 1968 example was purchased new by a Belgian pharmacist in light blue metallic over a black interior and Borrani wire wheels. The original owner kept the car for 10 years before selling it to a French doctor, who registered it in France in June 1978. Three years later, the doctor went to work overseas, and the car was put in storage — for 42 years. Recently found, the car has been untouched for all that time. The 365 GT 2+2 will go to auction on the 26th of November.
