The Ducati Motor Company is no stranger to producing limited edition motorcycles born out of collaborations with other exotic vehicle makers. And after previously joining forces with fellow Volkswagen Group-owned outfit Lamborghini to deliver Siàn FKP 37-inspired Diavel and Streetfighter V4 models, the Bologna brand has now announced its latest joint-effort, this time partnering with Bentley — which is also owned by the VW Group — for an even more exclusive run of limited edition cruisers in the form of the Ducati Diavel for Bentley.
Co-designed by Ducati’s Style Center and Bentley’s in-house design team, this limited edition model is based on the Diavel V4 platform, though has been heavily modified from the ground up. The Ducati Diavel for Bentley takes inspiration from the elite automaker’s Batur model — an ultra-exclusive 730-hp, W-12–powered, $2.1M grand tourer limited to just 18 units globally. Sporting the same Scarab Green livery as the Batur, this limited edition motorcycle features a modified set of intake scoops capped off with a two-tone red and black grille design borrowed directly from the GT car. The ribs found on the Batur’s hood have also been echoed in the bike’s front fender, fairing, and upper tank cover, while its monoposto tail cowl’s design is reminiscent of the car’s rear double-layer extractor. The limited edition model also comes outfitted with a special Alcantara seat with a Bentley logo embroidered into its rear pad — a design based on the motif of the Batur’s ultra-plush interior.
The entire bike rides on a set of custom five-arm wheels modeled directly after the rims found on the Batur, down to the two-tone finish. The cruiser bike’s 1,158cc Granturismo V4 engine has also been fitted with a new exhaust design culminating in a stacked dual-silencer setup that’s similar to the muffler exits on the Batur. Like the Batur, the Ducati Diavel for Bentley boasts a generous slew of exposed carbon fiber elements including its fenders, headlight shroud, engine cover, exhaust heat shield, side panels, and subframe cover. Just below the tank is a special badge denoting each units production number out of the 500 units being built worldwide. Alongside the main 500 units, Ducati is also building 50 even more exclusive Diavel for Bentley Mulliner examples that will be offered only to Bentley customers, and that will feature a huge range of custom configurable options — just like any other vehicle made by Bentley’s in-house Mulliner coach building department.
Scheduled to begin deliveries next summer, the 2024 Ducati Diavel for Bentley and the Diavel for Bentley Mulliner have been priced starting from $70,000 and $90,000 respectively. Alongside the motorcycles, Ducati is also offering a special matching Jet Helmet and Technical Riding Jacket that are available exclusively to Diavel for Bentley buyers.
