Apple’s MacBook Air is the world’s most popular laptop, so there’s little reason for major changes — and there aren’t many with the new M3 models. Available in 13- and 15-inch models, they’re up to 60 percent faster than M1 models and up to 13x faster than the fastest Intel-based Air. The new chip also adds support for up to two external displays thanks to improved graphics, up to 24GB of unified memory, and up to 2x faster networking thanks to WiFi 6E. Battery life remains impressive at up to 18 hours per charge, and both models are available in four colors, including the fingerprint-fighting Midnight.
