2023 was quite a year. There were definitely some challenges but my hope for you is that you are finding some inspiration and optimism for the New Year. LoveAndlLifeToolbox.com was about experimentation and change in 2023, having gone through a number of shifts in the over 10 years of its existence. I am proud that this site remains a trusted emotional health and relationship resource with a global audience, offering education in many related areas including happiness, family of origin issues, unhealthy relationship patterns, emotional safety and self-help tools to supplement your growth.
I continue to be a therapist with a private practice in Marin County, California and I’m rolling into the New Year with gratitude for my work with individuals and couples, not only for seeing so many heal and grow but being a therapist has real meaning to me. Therapy also made a big difference in my life and I thank the therapists who guided me.
In celebration of the New Year, I have some offerings for you:
- My annual “Best of LoveAndLifeToolbox.com” from the prior year
- 50% off all digital products in The Toolbox Store through end of January
- 5 Free emotional health or relationship consultations
