It was an inevitable pairing — the Multistrada tourer and the Panigale’s 1,103cc Desmosedici Stradale engine. The Multistrada V4 RS features the MotoGP-derived V4, making 180 horsepower in a lightened package with performance-focused electronics. Weight reduction comes in the form of forged aluminum wheels, carbon fiber bodywork, and a titanium subframe, with the subframe and a compact battery combining for a 12-pound weight reduction between the two. The V4 is fitted with an STM-EVO SBK dry clutch and a shorter final drive sprocket for better acceleration. Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 suspension and Brembo brakes, also from the Panigale V4, massively boost the Multistrada’s capabilities. Each bike comes with a number plaque on the triple clamp. The Multistrada V4 RS will arrive at dealerships in February 2024.
