Mazda is entering the mid-size SUV segment for the first time with the all-new CX-70. Slotting in below the CX-90, the CX-70 gives up third-row seating for a smaller footprint and a greater emphasis on driving dynamics. The design language is pure Mazda, with the CX-70 getting Mazda’s trademark styling cues in a svelte, athletic package for a mid-size SUV. Two powertrains are available: The e-SkyActiv G 3.3-liter turbocharged inline-six with hybrid boost, and the e-SkyActiv G plugin hybrid system. Remote folding rear seats, storage compartments, and a sub-trunk offer ample storage solutions instead of a back seat. A full suite of driver aids and integrated Alexa voice controls round out the tech front. The CX-70 arrives in Spring 2024.
